For instance, our eCRM software is designed to improve productivity firstly, by providing you with robust tools to profile your clients in 16 levels of importance to your company, and secondly, by cross referencing this information with your sales data to determine if your profiling matches with your sales or the market share position. We have based our profiling methodology on Pareto’s principle, which is popularly known as the 80:20 Rule.

360 Degree interoperabilityRepresentatives primarily use our systems as tools of their trade. A PDA replaces all the paper-based system of clients list and call reporting. The information routinely entered into the PDA for the representatives’ future reference becomes the input component of the system. The output therefore accurately reflects the field conditions. Besides handheld devices (Windows CE, Palm OS), our system is also available on a Notebook or a Tablet PC platform (Windows).

Our systems are web based and interoperable for data integration from other systems, lending themselves towards knowledge sharing of all relevant employees, directly or indirectly involved with the sales and marketing group within the company.
